Product scope

What does LocateFlow do?
LocateFlow helps organize addresses, service-provider records, moving tasks, reminders, documents, budgets, exports, and support workflows. It does not replace providers or agencies.
Is LocateFlow a provider marketplace?
No. LocateFlow is an organizational tool and provider research aid. It does not sell provider services, guarantee availability, or act as a broker. See the Disclaimer.
Are providers guaranteed or endorsed?
No. Provider listings, recommendations, ratings, and public-source information may be incomplete, outdated, or unavailable. Users must verify details independently.
Does LocateFlow provide legal, financial, insurance, tax, real estate, or moving advice?
No. LocateFlow provides informational organization tools and suggestions only. Users should consult authoritative sources or licensed professionals.
What is included in the free plan?
LocateFlow consumer access is free and includes the prior Pro-level workspace baseline: up to 25 addresses, 1,000 services, 10 household members, 3 active move plans, dossiers, checklists, reminders, exports, and provider research tools. No checkout, payment method, or subscription is required.

Free access and partner-supported revenue

Does LocateFlow charge a subscription?
LocateFlow consumer access is free. We do not charge standard consumer subscription fees for account access, move planning, dossiers, or workspace features. See the Billing Policy.
How do provider and affiliate links work?
LocateFlow may earn a commission from some provider links or service-provider relationships. This does not change your LocateFlow access or the price you pay for LocateFlow.
Do I need to cancel a LocateFlow plan?
No active consumer plan cancellation is needed for standard LocateFlow access. If you ever see a legacy, duplicate, or mistaken charge, contact billing support so it can be reviewed.
Are refunds available for legacy or mistaken charges?
Refund review is generally limited to legacy, duplicate, unauthorized, or mistaken LocateFlow charges, or legal requirements. See the Refund Policy. Third-party provider purchases follow that provider's terms.
Why might billing records still exist?
Some historical billing, invoice, receipt, or store metadata may remain for tax, accounting, audit, support, or future-compatible records even though current consumer access is free.
