Refund Policy

LocateFlow does not charge standard consumer subscription fees. This policy explains how legacy, duplicate, unauthorized, or mistaken LocateFlow charge questions are reviewed.

Last updated: June 10, 2026

No consumer subscription fee

Standard consumer access to LocateFlow does not require a subscription payment, checkout, or store purchase.

Legacy or mistaken charges

Duplicate, unauthorized, legacy, or mistaken LocateFlow charges can be sent to billing support for review.

Provider purchases are separate

Payments to utilities, movers, insurers, or other providers follow that provider's terms and refund rules.

Records may remain

Historical billing, invoice, receipt, tax, accounting, or audit records may be retained when required.

Current consumer access

Standard LocateFlow consumer access is free. You do not need a checkout, payment method, app-store purchase, or subscription to use the core account, move planning, dossier, workspace, and provider research features.

Because there is no active consumer subscription fee, ordinary subscription refunds should not be necessary for current consumer access.

Legacy or mistaken charges

If you see a legacy LocateFlow charge, duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, invoice record, receipt record, or other billing issue, contact billing support so the record can be reviewed.

Refunds are not guaranteed. LocateFlow may approve corrections for confirmed billing mistakes, duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, legal requirements, major service outages, or support-approved exceptions.

Provider and third-party charges

LocateFlow may link to or recommend service providers. Payments to utilities, movers, insurers, internet providers, storage providers, government agencies, or other third parties are not LocateFlow subscription payments.

Those providers control their own prices, cancellations, refunds, warranties, and service terms. Contact the provider directly for questions about charges made by that provider.

How to request review

Email [email protected] with the account email, charge date if available, and a short description. Do not send payment card numbers or sensitive secrets.
