How does the free trial work?
Trial length, price, renewal date, and whether a payment method is required are shown at checkout before you agree. Some offers require a payment method and renew automatically unless canceled.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel supported web subscriptions from Settings or the Stripe billing portal. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed through the applicable store.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund eligibility depends on the Refund Policy, the offer shown at checkout, and the rules of Apple App Store or Google Play for store purchases.
Is my data safe?
LocateFlow uses access controls, encryption practices, and privacy tools. Exports and deletion requests are available, but backups, billing, audit, legal, and security records may be retained when needed.
